What will affect the cost of a completed wheat flour milling production line
Sometimes, even the same capacity, the cost can be different.why?
Which factor affect the cost ?
There are four main factors:
1.the mill type. The mill is one of the most important equipment in the line.but the mills are varous in model and quality.some are one side, and some are double sides;some are pneumetic ,some are manual. And the roller sizes are also different.and the quality andquantity are also different. So the cost can be much different finally.

2.Dedusting equipment. there are 2 kinds of dedusting equipment ,bag dedustor and pulse dust filter.the costs are quite different .the pulse dust filter is much expensive than the bag dedustor.

3. Equipment frame.some quotation include the steel frame for all equipment. while some quotation just include the frame for the plan sifter.

 

4. Pipes. There are 2 kinds of pipe. Iron plate pipes which will be made when installation.

The other one is precast pipe.the pipe is with coating outside. And they are precasted.when installation, just connecting them is ok.
